Bob Novak -  drums and percussion 

Bob has played percussion with the Maryland Symphony, the Frederick Symphony, the Aspen Chamber Orchestra, the Richmond Symphony, and the Baltimore Opera.  He has performed as a solo marimbist in Germany, France, and the Netherlands.  As a chamber musician, he has performed with the Modern Jazz Trio, the Lyric Brass Quintet, the Peabody Camerata, the Jezic Ensemble, and Global Percussion.  Bob teaches percussion at Morgan State University, and in his home studio.  He traveled to Ghana in the summer of 2001 to study traditional drumming and dance, and has studied with Laryea Addy and Glen Velez.   Bob holds a master's degree in music from Peabody Conservatory.
